It’s nothing fancy, but if you’re just looking for a quick haircut, then this is a good place to go. The price isn’t bad, and the online check in is a nice option. This location has the friendliest staff, too.
This Great Clips location does have a significant wait time sometimes, especially when there is a haircut sale or just before school starts. However, I usually use the Great Clips app to check in before I get there and the hairdresser is often able to squeeze me in fairly quickly. Service was pretty good and the hairdresser was able to get my simple haircut done very quickly.
I went in for a correction haircut 2 days after. Barber Maggin went ahead and corrected my hair by blending in the sides & back and fixing my uneven top hair to a beautiful crew cut with whatever hair i had remaining! will give 5 stars just for her!
While you can generally hear salon professionals asking about water temperature, engaging you with what they're doing, instead you'll get unprofessional huffing about simple requests, like using a different kind of brush. When she started banging drawers, I mean ... not consistent

Friendly and efficient and the price is great. Ginamarie and Susan both do all they can to make you feel welcome. Never had less than a first rate experience here.
It's a toss up. Really need to reflect on the caliber of people they hire. Megan doing a greater job, my daughter looked really good and happy. Meanwhile, older brunette Susan clearly doesn't want to be with customers, possibly deserves to be fired for poor customer service.
I wanted 2 inches long hair at the top to wear spiked hair in the front. The notes from my last visits also said the same. the hair dresser 'samantha'(name from the receipt) gave me a hair cut which in no matches the notes from my previous haircut or what i clearly told her. she cut my top front hair to 0.5 inches leaving no way to have a front spike for the next three weeks. She never apologised when i told her that she spoiled my hair cut and never followed the notes or my instructions. Her response when i pulled her up on the disaster was "Ohh I thought spike meant wearing your on the sides and a little spiked on the sides like that and asked me to tell her what i want after i was left with no hair to spike at the front as shed cut them all!!" and put up a empty look which showed her lack of understanding on the job and very poor customer skills as she did not apologize till the end as well. I wanted to give her 0$ for ruining my haircut, thanks to her i would have to carry myself with a stupid haircut for the next 3 weeks before it grows out! The most disappointing haircut from great clips came from this outlet today!
I go to the Great Clips location in Talleyville more often, so this is not my usual one. However, there have been a few occasions when I needed a haircut and was in this area or traveling in this direction, so I've been here a few times. This Great Clips is in the First State Plaza shopping center, closer to ShopRite side than the theater side. Parking is pretty good here, on weekdays anyway.
